The Spirit 5 Lux is a good value for money motorhome - an older model and the workhorse of the SA market for many years. It is a comfortable 5 berth motorhome with a classic layout. It has a rear lounge which converts into a double bed, a double luton bed (above the cab) and a single bed behind the cab. The Spirit 5 has a well laid out and practical interior with a large rear window - great for game-watching. It has an air conditioner, 80 litre refrigerator, microwave oven, shower, basin and toilet, hot water geyser, flush-mounted two burner gas stove and much more. | Vista 3 | The Vista 3 is the newest and most modern campervan in SA. Based on the 2011 Fiat Ducato LWB panelvan, it is the ideal motorhome for the couple or small family looking for an easy-to-manoeuvre, yet comfortable and luxurious option. There is a fixed (French) double bed at the rear and the front lounge converts into a single 900mm wide bed (which could also accommodate two small children). The Vista 3 is packed with features. The Discoverer 6 is probably the largest motorhome available in South Africa. It sleeps 6 persons in spacious comfort. Similar in layout to the Discoverer 4, but with an added double Luton (over-cab) bed. The layout is comfortable and roomy. Designed for the smaller family, it is compact, but has standard features such as a galley with gas plate, cold water supply and an 80 litre fridge/freezer. All bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery, camp chairs, tables and all
items of camping equipment necessary, are supplied.
At Helderberg Camper Hire we are happy to offer you a few small extras in our own motorhomes to make your trip that much more comfortable: Most of our motorhomes are equipped with awnings, a nice to have feature on those hot African summer days. All are equipped with a portable barbeque, as not all campsites have barbeque facilities available on each stand. We also supply a beach umbrella and a number of little extras that make the difference. If you would like a particular configuration, please let us know and we will be happy to try and accommodate your needs.
